Job Description

As a wheel loader operator, you will become one of the key players in an exciting production process. This is not a job where you just sit still in a cab – it is a varied role where you move between driving wheel loaders, handling construction materials, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Working hours are scheduled in shifts, so flexibility is important. For you who want to work physically and learn a stable industry from the ground up, this is the perfect opportunity. The start dates for these assignments are in two different phases, week 26 and week 29. To be considered for the role, you must be able to start in one of these two weeks.

We are looking for you who have "machines in your blood". Perhaps you are used to tinkering with tractors, are a smith with a mechanical interest, or a handy person from the construction industry who wants to take the next step?

As a person, you are flexible and unpretentious. You take initiative and see what needs to be done before anyone else asks you. You will be part of a team that independently manages production and planning under the direction of a factory manager, which requires good cooperation skills and a high level of safety awareness.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring that operations and manufacturing run according to established routines. You have a keen eye for detail and work proactively to optimize processes.

Your main tasks include:

• Operation, manufacturing, and control according to established instructions.
• Conduct both internal and external sampling to ensure product quality.
• Actively participate in improvement projects to streamline the production process.
• Handling order reception (where regional customer service is lacking).
• Reporting deviations, incidents, and complaints to continuously improve operations.
• Safety is our highest priority. You are expected to act in accordance with laws and regulations and actively contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. You have the authority to stop dangerous work procedures if the situation requires it.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we see that you enjoy working practically and thrive in a production environment. You are meticulous, take responsibility for your tasks, and have good cooperation skills as you have daily contact with both colleagues, customer service, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Wheel loader license, proof of certificate, and experience driving.
• Open to shift work.
• Able to start either week 26 or week 29.
• Category B driver's license.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working in industry or production.
• Experience with concrete manufacturing.
• Class II qualification.
